Peter practice is focused on patent litigation and technology oriented international commercial litigation.  He focuses on all areas of patent and trademark law, with the goal of providing valuable intellectual property protection strategically aligned with each client’s business objectives.

Peter manages patent and trademark portfolios for a number of international companies.  He assists clients in optimizing their intellectual property opportunities through the use of patents and trademarks in the United States and abroad.  He has also conducted intellectual property audits to help clients mine and capture important innovations.

 

Peter is also experienced in filing and defending lawsuits involving patent and trademark claims.  He is also pursuing a Masters degree in Computer Science with the intention of being licensed by the USPTO.   

In addition to his litigation experience, Peter has worked in the energy field for a major Midwestern law firm, handling large-scale corporate transactions for some of the nation’s leading oil and gas operators.  His work primarily concerned the extensive mineral deposits in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana.
